Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
The Hammer Strength Barbell Shoulder Press is a heavy-duty pressing station designed to develop shoulder strength and power. Built with a stable frame and supported by a spotter platform, it offers multiple press heights and a secure setup for heavy overhead barbell work.
HOW TO USE
Sit beneath the bar with your feet firmly planted, grip the bar just outside shoulder width, brace your core, and press the bar upward in a controlled motion until your arms are extended before lowering back down to the chosen bar height. Keep your shoulder blades packed and avoid overarching through the lower back for safe, efficient pressing.
