HOW TO USE
Sit with your feet on the platform and the pads resting comfortably on your thighs. Adjust the knee pads, use the unrack handle to disengage the weight, lower your heels under control, then drive through the balls of your feet to fully contract the calves. Re-rack using the handle when finished.
