Deadlift platforms
A deadlift platform provides a stable, reinforced surface designed to handle heavy pulls while protecting flooring and equipment. It creates a consistent setup for safe, confident deadlifting at all strength levels.
HOW TO DEADLIFT
Stand with feet hip-width apart and the bar over mid-foot, hinge at the hips to grip the bar just outside your legs, brace your core, and drive through your heels while keeping the bar close to your body. Stand tall at the top, then lower the bar back to the platform under control.
amenities
Kilo Plates
Calibrated in kilograms for precise loading, kilo plates are ideal for consistent strength progression and competition-style training accuracy.
Bumper Plates
Bumper plates are built with durable rubber coating to protect floors and equipment, making them ideal for Olympic lifts, deadlifts, and high-impact training while maintaining standard barbell diameter.
Metal Plates
Standard metal plates offer a compact profile and classic feel, perfect for plate-loaded machines and traditional barbell lifts where space efficiency matters.
Deadlift Bar
A deadlift bar is designed specifically for pulling movements, typically featuring a longer shaft, aggressive knurling, and more flex to improve grip and pulling efficiency under heavy loads. It allows smoother break-off from the floor and better control during maximal lifts.
