Cancellation Notice
Here at Gentry Gym we understand life can get busy, so we have made our cancellation process as easy as possible to benefit you, our supportive members. We hope that your time here at Gentry Gym met all your expectations! To ensure we have accurate information about the account requested to be cancelled we require you to include your full name, address, birthday, and phone number. We do not accept cancellations over the telephone, email, Facebook, text message or any other form of communication. If you request a cancellation through one of these outlets your request will not be fulfilled. If your membership is Not Current at the time of cancellation, your cancellation request will not be fulfilled. If you are on a contract agreement and you request to cancel your membership within the term via our online portal, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75 within 5-7 business days of your request. If you do not give thirty days notice, you will be responsible for the following months membership dues as well as any fees that were due at that time. example, Enhancement fee, late fees, past due fees..etc We require thirty days notice for any and all membership cancellation requests. NO EXCEPTIONS.
