Hammer Strength Incline Press
Plate-loaded incline press built with independent converging arms that follow the natural pressing arc instead of forcing a fixed bar path. The angle shifts the load onto the upper chest and front delts, and each arm works on its own — no side carrying the other.
HOW TO USE
Load your plates evenly on both arms and set the seat so the handles line up with your upper chest, not your throat. Grip both handles, press up and slightly inward until your arms are extended without locking hard, then lower under control until you feel the stretch across the upper chest. Keep your back and head against the pad the whole rep.
adjustability
Plate Loaded
Load each arm independently for free-weight progression — add or strip plates in whatever increments the lift calls for, with no stack limiting your top end.
ADJUSTABLE SEAT
Multi-position seat that sets your press angle relative to the handles, so tall and short lifters both get the handles at chest height instead of pressing from the wrong plane.
HAMMER STRENGTH TOUGH
Heavy-gauge steel frame, sealed bearings, and commercial-grade upholstery — the same build that survives thirty years in a hardcore gym without a rattle.
