Hammer Strength Linear Hack Squat
Plate-loaded hack squat that runs on a fixed linear track, holding your torso supported while your legs do the entire job. The angle loads the quads hard through a deep range without asking your lower back to stabilize a bar.
HOW TO USE
Load your plates evenly, step onto the platform, and set your shoulders under the pads with your back flat against the rest. Rotate the unrack handles to release the carriage, then descend under control until your thighs hit depth and drive back up through your heels and midfoot. Re-engage the handles before you step off.

UNRACK HANDLE
Rotating levers that release and lock the carriage — set your position first, then unrack, so you're never loading into a bad setup.
PLATE LOADED
Sleeves on both sides take standard Olympic plates, so you scale the resistance in whatever increments the set calls for with no stack ceiling.
BACK REST
Angled, padded support that keeps your spine flat and your torso locked in place, transferring the load straight into the legs instead of the lower back.
