Rogue Fitness Hyperextension
Bodyweight and plate-loaded posterior chain machine that isolates the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings through a full range of motion. Built on a Rogue frame — heavy steel, zero flex, and stable enough to load hard without the base shifting under you.
HOW TO USE
Set the hip pad so its top edge sits just below your hipbones, then hook your heels under the roller pads and secure the leg strap. Cross your arms or hold a plate at your chest, lower under control until you feel the stretch in your hamstrings, then drive back up until your body forms a straight line. Don't hyperextend past neutral at the top — that's where lower backs get hurt.
adjustability
PLATE LOADED
Hold a plate at your chest or across your shoulders to scale past bodyweight, adding load in whatever increment the set calls for.
LEG SECURING STRAP
Adjustable strap that locks your legs against the rollers so your lower body stays anchored through the full range — no sliding, no shifting, no interrupted reps.
MULTIPLE HANDLES
Grip positions built into the frame for getting in and out under load and for bracing on the harder variations.
