Hammer Strength Seated Leg Curl
Plate-loaded hamstring machine with a seated, back-supported position that keeps the hips locked and puts the work exactly where it belongs. The fixed pivot tracks the knee joint through a full curl, so every rep loads the hamstrings without letting the lower back take over.
HOW TO USE
Load your plates, sit back with your hips fully seated, and lock the thigh pad down snug across your legs. Use the assist handle to bring the leg rest into your starting position, then grip the side handles and curl your heels down and under. Pause at the bottom, then let the weight return slow — don't let it snap back.
adjustability
ADJUSTABLE SEAT
Sliding back pad that sets your distance from the pivot, so the machine lines up to your leg length instead of the other way around. Set it so your knee sits directly on the pivot point and your back stays flat against the pad through the whole rep.
LEG REST
Pads that sit just above your heels, positioned to keep pressure off the Achilles and force the hamstrings to do the pulling.
ASSIST HANDLE
Lever that swings the leg rest into your starting position before you begin, so you can get set under load without fighting the weight.
Handles
Side grips that anchor your hips and torso to the seat, keeping the movement isolated to the knee joint instead of leaking into your back.
