Arsenal Strength Tricep Kickback / Dip
Plate-loaded tricep machine that runs a seated pressing path with your torso braced, so the triceps take the entire load without your shoulders or lower back muscling in. The seated position lets you push heavier than bodyweight dips while keeping the movement clean from first rep to last.
HOW TO USE
Load your plates and set the seat so the handles sit level with your ribcage and your elbows stay tight to your sides. Press down and back until your arms are fully extended and the triceps are locked, then return slow until you feel the stretch. Keep your back against the pad and your elbows in — flaring them turns this into a chest movement.
adjustability
ADJUSTABLE SEAT
Sets your shoulder and elbow position relative to the handles, so the press starts from the right angle whether you're 5'4" or 6'4" — and keeps the load on the triceps instead of your delts.
ROUNDED HANDLES
Contoured grips that let your wrists sit in a neutral, natural position through the press, taking pressure off the joint so you can drive with the triceps instead of fighting your grip.
PLATE LOADED
Olympic sleeves on both sides for free-weight progression — load it heavy or run small jumps, with no stack ceiling on your top set.
