FAQ

I have lost my key tag, what do I do?
Please come in to the facility and we can reassign you a new key tag for $15.00

Where can I access my account information?
www.myiclubonline.com or call ABC Customer Care 1-888-827-9262 Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 9:00PM, Central Time.

My bill hasn’t gone through yet, what do I do?
Most likely your bill date may fall on a weekend and you will see it bill out the following week.

I have an additional charge of $37.89 on my bank statement! What is this for?
This is a one time per year enhancement. This bills out on the third month of every new term started.

Membership Cancellations

All Cancellations must be submitted in person or by filling out a request online within thirty (30) days from your membership bill date. 

 

Contract Membership cancellations-$75 cancellation fee plus submitting cancellation request online within thirty (30) days from your membership bill date. 

All promotional memberships are a one year agreement and require a $75 cancellation fee with thirty (30) days notice before your bill date. This does not apply to the Black Friday promotion from 2018. 

How to Cancel

Here at Gentry Gym we understand life can get busy, so we have made our cancellation process as easy as possible to benefit you, our supportive members. We hope that your time here at Gentry Gym met all your expectations! To ensure we have accurate information about the account requested to be cancelled we require you to include your full name, address, birthday, and phone number. We do not accept cancellations over the telephone, email, Facebook, text message or any other form of communication. If you request a cancellation through one of these outlets your request will not be fulfilled.
If your membership is Not Current at the time of cancellation, your cancellation request will not be fulfilled. If you are on a contract agreement and you request to cancel your membership within the term via our online portal, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75 within 5-7 business days of your request. If you do not give thirty days notice, you will be responsible for the following months membership dues as well as any fees that were due at that time. example, Enhancement fee, late fees, past due fees..etc We require thirty days notice for any and all membership cancellation requests. NO EXCEPTIONS.
