Rebekah Forbes

I’m a Christian wife, mom of three, and National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. I have always been passionate about health, nutrition, and fitness, but after various changes to my body through pregnancies and births, I became even more dedicated to learning and practicing how to strengthen my body for lifelong health. I am passionate about using my knowledge and experience to help and serve others. My greatest joy as a trainer is to help women enjoy a level of strength and health that they didn’t even think was even possible. To me, being a personal trainer isn’t just a job, it’s a part of my purpose in life. As your trainer I will dedicate all of my knowledge and experience to helping you achieve the health and strength you were made to have.

I’m certified through the International Sports Sciences Association and will soon obtain my Strength and Conditioning certification. As a former D1 collegiate athlete, I know what it takes to push oneself beyond their comfort zone. I am here to help propel you past your comfort zone and into your own greatness!
