Michael Allen

Live by the creed. The pursuit of being strong, healthy, and fit is a lifestyle. It is an investment that will provide fulfillment, longevity, and vitality to those who seek it. Living by the creed is done by embracing a strong work ethic, playing by the rules, and taking the path less traveled. Making the harder choice day in, and day out. I am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine and the International Fitness Association. I am currently in my core curriculum for my BA in Exercise Science with a focus in Athletic Training at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. I have been a professional arena football athlete and semi-professional football athlete. My time as an athlete has pushed me to consistently seek the boundaries of my physical limit every, single, day. My goal is to unleash the passion we can all find in the lifelong pursuit of mastery over our bodies.

Rebekah Forbes

I’m a Christian wife, mom of three, and National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. I have always been passionate about health, nutrition, and fitness, but after various changes to my body through pregnancies and births, I became even more dedicated to learning and practicing how to strengthen my body for lifelong health. I am passionate about using my knowledge and experience to help and serve others. My greatest joy as a trainer is to help women enjoy a level of strength and health that they didn’t even think was even possible. To me, being a personal trainer isn’t just a job, it’s a part of my purpose in life. As your trainer I will dedicate all of my knowledge and experience to helping you achieve the health and strength you were made to have.

I’m certified through the International Sports Sciences Association and will soon obtain my Strength and Conditioning certification. As a former D1 collegiate athlete, I know what it takes to push oneself beyond their comfort zone. I am here to help propel you past your comfort zone and into your own greatness!

Health is wealth. Where do you see yourself 5,10, even 15 years from now? In a world with so many fitness advancements like fitness apps, virtual classes, specialized facilities, and so many more, where does one start? My job as a trainer is to integrate health into a part of your lifestyle. The challenging part is not achieving health, but maintaining it. Learning how to push, heal, and listen to your body with no injury or pain is key! I believe that proper guidance is the roadmap of success. My name is Ashley. I am a NASM Certified personal trainer and I am here to provide that guidance. With over 3 years of experience in the fitness industry I can confidently assure you I have the qualifications, the dedication, the patience, and the knowledge to get you looking and Feeling like the best version of yourself!
