Meet Your Instructors
Pauline Genevieve
Harlingen, Texas
Pauline discovered yoga as a teenager seeking balance and stillness, and quickly developed a lifelong practice. She spent nearly a decade exploring styles including Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram Yoga, and slow flow. In November 2024, she completed her 200-hour Dynamic Power Yoga Teacher Training and became a Yoga Alliance-certified instructor.
She now teaches in the Rio Grande Valley, offering breath-led classes focused on strength, mobility, alignment, and accessibility. Her teaching centers on creating an inclusive space where students build confidence and deepen their practice.
Mia Sias
Harlingen, Texas
Ask at the front desk to book with Mia.
Mia brings precision and intention to every Pilates session. As an ISSA-certified instructor, she specializes in low-impact, high-control movement that builds deep core strength, sharpens posture, and protects your joints — the perfect complement to heavy training and a powerful path back from injury.
Whether you're chasing better mobility, a stronger midline, or a smarter way to move, Mia's classes deliver results you'll feel from the very first session. Her approach scales to any level, so beginners feel supported and experienced athletes still get challenged. Spots are limited — reserve yours and feel the difference.
Where Strength Meets Stillness
“The body you train under the bar and the body you calm on the mat are the same body. Give it both.
